So I am new to this. I'm a busy 28 year old who just recently got engaged to a wonderful man. I have a full time job, fiancee, big family and trying to plan my wedding in 15 months. I love to read healthy living food blogs and get great ideas from them.

Starting to Run (again)
I just started to run. I'm a lousy runner. Does it ever get better? Can you improve the more you practice? Anyone?
